CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The scientific languages of the congress will be Turkish and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided for both languages.
PERMITS
Permission letters for institutional approval to attend the congress will be provided to participants upon request through the Congress Organizing Committee.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations of registration and accommodation fees made by November 21, 2025, 50% of the payment will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 between April 23–26, 2026.
NAME BADGES
All participants are required to complete the registration process and collect their name badges. For maintaining order, wearing the name badge at all times is kindly requested.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be sent online to all participants after the congress.
