REGISTRATION FORM

• The congress registration fee includes the congress bag, printed materials, and access to scientific sessions. A 20% VAT will be added to the above registration fees.
• Wearing a name badge is mandatory throughout the congress. Participants without a name badge will not be allowed into the Congress Center under any circumstances.

• To benefit from early bird rates, registration and accommodation payments must be made by November 21, 2025 to the designated Flap Tour account. Payments made after this date will be subject to higher rates, even if the reservation was submitted prior to the deadline.
• For registration and accommodation bookings to be finalized, payment receipts must be sent to Flap Tour at: aaa2026summit@flaptour.com.tr The remaining balances for registration, accommodation, or sponsorship fees must be fully paid by April 3, 2026.


• If full payment is not received by this date, no confirmation will be provided for registration, accommodation, exhibition stands, satellite symposia, or any other sponsorship items. In such cases, the sponsorship will be considered cancelled.

If accommodation at the congress hotels is not booked through FLAP TOUR, an external participation fee of €120 per day will be added to the registration fee. Since entry to the congress hotel will not be allowed without payment of this fee, the payment must be made prior to the congress.

• For accommodation cancellations made by November 21, 2025, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
• After November 21, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

• The above price is a per person, one-way group transfer rate. For private transfer requests, please contact Flap Tour. Additional charges will apply.
• Flight information must be provided prior to the congress.
